• How can I pay for an order at Frenelle Jewellery?

    • We use Stripe Technology which is a Level 1 security based software that accepts;

      • Mastercard

      • Visa

      • AMEX

    • Alternatively, you can phone or email us and we can invoice you so that you can pay by internet banking or by bank deposit

    • You can send us a cheque

  • We do not offer a cash-on-delivery option or payment terms after delivery.

  • All prices include GST.​


How long before I get my Product ? – (Shipping & Delivery)
  • Orders are processed and posted Monday to Friday.

  • You can expect to get your order within 3 – 5 working days from the order date.

  • Rural deliveries can take an extra 1-2 working days.

  • We are happy to arrange an urgent courier service for an extra charge, BUT please contact us directly through our contact page to make those arrangements.


What are your New Zealand delivery rates?
  • Standard rates apply for New Zealand deliveries.  Urban NZ - $5.50.  Rural NZ - $7.90


What are your Overseas rates?
  • Shipping to Australia is available for $15 for most Metropolitan areas

  • Other overseas deliveries are assessed on a case by case basis

    • Shipping quotes can be obtained on request.

  • A ‘track and trace’ number for overseas deliveries will be advised to you when the order is dispatched.


What Packaging do you provide?
  • Every product purchased is packaged in an exclusive designer Frenelle Jewellery box.

  • Free gift packaging is offered along with a gift message of your choice on request.  You should contact us directly through our contact page to arrange this type of request.

  • Each gift message is printed on a distinctive card and delivered along with the gift.


What is your return policy?

Where can I buy your jewellery from?
  • We are an online jewellery business. All our jewellery can be purchased online using either a Mastercard, Visa card or AMEX card for payment.


Can I exchange a gift I have received that was purchased online?
  • We will exchange a gift purchased online provided;

    • It is exchanged for another product of the same or greater value

    • It is returned to us in its original packaging accompanied by a receipt

    • It is exchanged within 7 days of purchase


Can I make a purchase over the phone?
  • Phone purchases can be made by ringing our contact number

  • We can send you an invoice by email

  • All products must be paid for in advance of delivery


Do you have a Frenelle gift card ?
  • Yes, we have a gift card which is ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, engagements and weddings.

  • The value of the card is what you choose to place on it

  • The card must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase, otherwise it will expire

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash

  • An E-gift card can be emailed to the recipient and can be redeemed online
